Cornbread Salad

I’ve been dying to make this for y’all and today’s the day!

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

In a medium bowl, whisk together the ranch dressing mix, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Set aside.

Step 2

Place half of the cornbread crumbles on the bottom of a glass serving dish followed by half each of the bacon, cheese, tomatoes, corn, bell pepper, green onions, and lettuce. Drizzle with half of the ranch dressing mixture.

Step 3

Repeat these layers, reserving a little bit of everything for the top. For the last layer, toss the reserved ingredients together and scatter on top, then drizzle with more dressing. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

I use my Momma's recipe that is similar to yours but without the lettuce. Instead of using lettuce we use chili beans in it & is so delicious, it's a family favorite at our house.
