Turn cooking mode on
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the cake mix and lemon pie filling, and the zest from one lemon.
1 box Yellow cake mix
1 15oz can Lemon pie filling
1 Lemon
Step 2
Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 baking dish.
Step 3
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until golden and set.
Step 4
Combine powdered sugar and the juice from one lemon to make an icing.
1/2 cup Powdered sugar
Step 5
Pour the icing over the warm lemon bars and allow them to cool to room temperature before serving.
