Place chicken in a small saucepan and cover with water. Add Cavender’s seasoning and cook until the chicken is fully done. Let the chicken cool in the cooking water, then drain and shred. Letting the chicken cool in the seasoned water keeps it tender and flavorful.

Also the recipe includes 12 tortillas as an ingredient and includes instructions for using, but in the video tortillas are not used. Video even says the recipe came about because you did not have tortillas. Tortillas or no?

The video is different than the recipe. In the video do you just omit the heavy cream & tortillas & keep everything the same?
