Turn cooking mode on
Step 1
Place chicken in a pot and cover halfway with water. Season with Greek seasoning. Bring to a boil and cook for about 30 minutes, until chicken is cooked through. Remove from pot, let cool slightly, then shred.

Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving to let flavors come together.
