Unbelievable Chicken Pasta Salad

Unbelievable is an understatement. This pasta salad is fresh, flavorful, and packed with protein. I choose Sanderson Farms Chicken because it's always fresh, 100% natural, no additives or fillers, and raised right here in the South. This dish is the ultimate crowd-pleaser for gameday (or any day you need a dish that disappears fast).

Ingredients

Method

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Place chicken in a pot and cover halfway with water. Season with Greek seasoning. Bring to a boil and cook for about 30 minutes, until chicken is cooked through. Remove from pot, let cool slightly, then shred.

Step 2

Cook pasta according to package directions, then drain and cool.

Step 3

In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise with Italian dressing (and ranch packet if using) until smooth.

Step 4

Add shredded chicken, pasta, Parmesan, tomato, celery, and seasonings. Mix until everything is well coated.

Step 5

Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving to let flavors come together.
