Pimento Cheese

My pimento cheese is my calling card...everyone loves it! Perfect for your next tailgate!!

Ingredients

Method

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the white cheddar, sharp cheddar, and mayonnaise. Stir until smooth and creamy.

1 cup White cheddar cheese

1 cup Sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup Mayonnaise

Step 2

Add the roasted red peppers, pecans, green onions, hot sauce, Creole seasoning, and Worcestershire. Fold gently until everything is evenly mixed.

3/4 cup Roasted red bell peppers

1/4 cup Pecans

1/4 cup Green onions

1/4 tsp Hot sauce

1/4 tsp Creole seasoning

1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Step 3

Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour to let the flavors come together.

Step 4

Serve this with crackers, celery sticks, or slathered thick on white bread for a true Southern treat. If there’s any left, it makes an excellent grilled cheese.
