Cheese Slaw

This Cheese Slaw is what happens when all the right things end up in one bowl. Creamy, tangy, and a little too good.

Ingredients

Method

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the shredded Monterey Jack, banana peppers, green onions, and jalapeños.

1 lb Monterey Jack cheese

1 jar Banana Peppers

2 Green onions

1/3 cup Jalapeños

Step 2

Add mayonnaise and stir until everything’s coated and creamy.

3/4 cup Mayo

Step 3

Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors come together.

Step 4

Serve it with crackers, pile it high on sandwiches, or set it out as an easy appetizer — trust me, it won’t last long!

Is it however much Monterrey Jack that you want? Didn’t see an amount. Thank you!

It's 1lb of Monterey Jack or you could do 4 cups of grated Swiss. Up to you!
