Turn cooking mode on
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the shredded Monterey Jack, banana peppers, green onions, and jalapeños.
1 lb Monterey Jack cheese
1 jar Banana Peppers
2 Green onions
1/3 cup Jalapeños
Step 2
Add mayonnaise and stir until everything’s coated and creamy.
3/4 cup Mayo
Step 3
Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors come together.
Step 4
Serve it with crackers, pile it high on sandwiches, or set it out as an easy appetizer — trust me, it won’t last long!
