Method

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Cover potatoes with water in a 4-quart saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and cool slightly.

Step 2

Combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, sugar and pepper in a large bowl.

Step 3

Add potatoes and remaining ingredients and toss gently.

Step 4

Serve chilled or at room temperature.
