Shrimp, Corn, Potato, and Sausage Boil

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Mix 10 quarts water and the crab boil in a very large stockpot. Bring to a boil over high heat. Add the sausage, potatoes, onions, and garlic. Return to a boil. Cover and let boil for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Squeeze the lemons into the water and then throw the rinds into the pot. Add the shrimp, corn, and artichokes and bring back to a boil. Continue boiling for 6 minutes.

Step 3

Drain off the water very well and serve.
