Cola Ham with Jezebel Sauce

Sweet, tangy, and just the right amount of kick — it’s the kind of dish that tastes like you spent all day in the kitchen (but didn’t). Serve it for supper, then slice up the leftovers for sandwiches, breakfast biscuits, or my Pasta Carbonara with Leftover Ham later in the week. Trust me, this one keeps on giving.

For the Cola Ham:

1.

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2.

In a medium saucepan, add the brown sugar, orange zest, cola, mustard, and orange juice. Warm on medium-low to medium heat until the sugar melts.

3.

Place the ham on a foil-lined, rimmed baking sheet. Coat the ham with the mixture. Place in the oven and bake according to package directions, basting every 30 minutes with the sauce.
