Turn cooking mode on
Step 1
Gather all ingredients.
Step 2
Place vegetable oil, ranch dressing mix, crushed red pepper flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in a 2-gallon resealable plastic bag. Seal the bag and squeeze with your hands until oil and spices are well combined.
1 2/3 cup Vegetable oil
2 envelope Ranch dressing mix
3 tbsp Crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Onion powder
1/2 tsp Black pepper
Step 3
Place crackers into the bag, seal, and turn the bag over to coat crackers with spice mix.
1 package Multigrain saltine crackers
Step 4
Let sit for about 1 hour, then turn again. Repeat several times until crackers are well-coated with spice mix, then allow the bag to sit 8 hours overnight.
Step 5
Remove crackers and serve.

P.S. Nabs all the way ( NC girl). My husband used to call them square steaks since they sometimes substituted for a meal. Love your videos and recipes.

In the video you mention that you are using cream cheese and chive nabs ( looks like that’s what you are using but the ingredient list says 16.5 oz multigrain saltines ( as used in regular firecrackers). I’m finding Lance Captains Crackers with Cream Cheese and Chives at Publix and Kroger in Atlanta. 10/3.75oz packs or 20 pack size. Please advise if this is the correct ingredient and what is the amount? Thx. Mary Inman
