What is the better method…mixing the enchilada sauce with the chicken, as in the video, or poking holes in the cornbread and pouring it over, as in the written recipe? Also, same question as the previous commenters about the amount of taco seasoning.

The taco seasoning directions are confusing…please specify how much to add to the cornbread part. One place says 2 T and another place it says the whole packet…
